For every relevant achievement, write down the problem, your individual contribution, the trade-off, and the measured result. Remove numbers you cannot explain.

Attach only the relevant version
If you use Beak, select the résumé you actually submitted and add the job description. This reduces the chance of surfacing an example from an unrelated version.
Answer the question first
Start with a direct sentence, then use the résumé example as evidence. Do not recite an entire project when the interviewer asked for one decision.
